Automatic Restarts?

Hello, I have a problem with my computer. When I used Aries or Morpheous ..ect. to download a large file such as a movie my computer will, after awhile.. just automatically restart. Its has been doing this for awhile and I dont know why it is doing this. Anyone have any help or suggestions? Id appreciate it.

What are your computer specs? Specifically memory.
