I didn't want to allow it,I wanted it completly turned off

Well, aside from completely turning off windows update and the firewall, yer gonna get the messages.

Of course, you could always just click "Allow" when it pops up and never see the message again.

It's all been sorted out already,The thing is i never use auto update so i decided to turn it off,The problem was security center kept popping up reminding me that it was off,I forgot to go in and clear the check box so it wouldn't keep reminding me.
