Unhappy auto reboot xp

Have been using this forum for 2-3 months now and it has helped brilliantly.
I am experiencing further problems with auto reboots, and am using all the protection software (all up to date) in my signature, so I assume it ain't virus or spy/adware.
Twice it rebooted recently during the welcome sound of initial boot!
Have also ran chkdsk and defragged hdd.
Any ideas, hardware/memory etc.?

Uninstall your video driver, re-boot in safe-mode (press F8 before the loading bar)

Install the latest videocard drivers.

Also do this for your soundcard. You can also take out/disable the soundcard to make sure that's ur problem.
