Default Auto boot

XPpro/SP2 fully updated

When I boot-up I get a page asking me to click to open.

Some time ago someone told me how to by-pass this to open directly, but I have lost the details.

I have used Fresh UI which in "start up" Option 1 does enable auto-login
but it only works one time and reverts to disable on subsequent re-boots.

Everything else is normal. Any help welcome
