ATX ps regnized as AT by XP

I had a pc upgraded from win ME to XP and added a expansion card for SATA drive, after installed XP, when turn off, it won't turn off automatically, and seem that it treat that power suppy like AT instead of ATX, now i have to unplug everytime while turn off, what should i do? thx in advence.

Go into Power Options, and see if there is an APM tab

yes, i c it, but there are only 1 check box there.

Enable it.
