attempted to reinstall XP, canceled...............

Now I have to choose whether I will try to install XP again or just normally boot up everytime I start my computer.

It is really annoying because unless I choose to just start windows (which isn't the basic option) in 3 seconds since that screen comes up, it will go to installing page and I will have to reboot my computer to choose again wisely.

Well, just try booting your PC with the XP CD, and try the fix/repair option...If this doesn't work, try reinstalling it with the cd without formatting first.(shouldn't delete any files)

As a last option you can first format the drive and then install XP.(deletes all files)
