Default ati3duag.dll - Exception Not Handled

I frequently (average once a week) get a crash on my Win2K Dell Precision 350 which causes the system to re-boot. I've got an ATI dual monitor graphics card.

Anyone out there know ANYTHING about this? If so, I will, of course, provide more information for troubleshooting. Thanks.

I do not have it verbatim, as it displays in a DOS window as the machine does a memory dump. Here is one message I recorded:

address B34C7B58 at base B3450000

Two other instances yielded addresses starting at B34 with the base always the same: B3450000.

Would it help to show eventlog information?
