Art program. Autocad experience.

I'm looking for a program I can use to import a scan and basically trace a drawing with precision. I don't have a wacom tablet or anything. I have autocad experience so I was thinking of tracing it and color filling but it wouldn't be what I want. I'm looking for something cartoony and solid.

Something with a learning curve of zero would be awesome. Not trying to learn photoshop or cs for this one thing.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Are you trying to just Vectorize a drawing? Adobe Illustrator and the pen tool would be best for this purpose.

You can try GIMP (free/open source image editor) if you don't want to get Illustrator.

I believe so. Thanks a lot carnage ill start there! Hopefully I don't find the other stuff while searching for that.
