There are sites that help with the lost passwords, all you need to do is pay small amount and upload the file to them. They will get you the password.

i tried the trial version of Advanced Zip Password Recovery but it allows password cracking only upto 5 characters . i had around 8 letter password. as i do not remember anything about the password so i guess that software implementing the brute force method would be desirable.
help needed urgently
if you have a month or so, to wait around. the full version supports 8 characters. don't it have an zip option that is better than brute force?
