Apache Proxy Testing

Im wondering if anyone could help me, im currently testing the apache 2.0 proxy module, and im wondering if it is possible to block the downlaod of exe files, althought this is impracticle because you could have a script that neeed to be executed as and exe ie query.exe?abc etc etc i would still like to try the idea, although i have no idea how to go about it ive tried:

ProxyBlock *.exe - this block everything because of the star at the begining

proxyblock exe also doesnt work.

i tired proxyblock zip and i ould stil ldownload zip files but could access winzip.com lol

Ive sloved it my self by putting this into the http.conf file

<Proxy *.exe>
order allow,deny
deny from all
ErrorDocument 403 http://xyz/error/403
</Proxy>
