Default Any way to adjust touchpad sensivity?

I like my mouse/touchpad to be sensitive but it seems there is no option for this (I have vista) is there any way to adjust the sensitivity of these devices? I already checked my brand (synaptic) settings under the mouse options but there was no option for motion sensitivity

If you install the software/driver for the touchpad you should be able to adjust the sensitivity.
