any software to get data from email

hi.can u tell me if there is any software available which can get the contents of my mail and give it in an arranged order. i receive daily proverbs from a newsletter. i want to have a clean list of them all in my pc .can u tell me if there is a particular software available or else the easiest way to do it with a set of softwares.

ya same here ive never heard of any just copy and paist to a word documents or sumthen
