Any Idea What This Is?

I now noticed a folder in my User's folder which wasn't here last night. Here's a look, any idea what is it and if I can delete it safely?

 

 

 

It also said I did not have permission to open the folder with the UAC prompt.

That looks like an windows update, anyone else?

Yes those are just old Windows updates and they can be deleted.
