Anti-virus question.

I use AVG free addition which checks for AV problems upon bootup (not sure if it does other things), I also have spyware guard. Both of these apps run in my system tray whenever I am on my computer.

I run spysweeper 2 times a week and I run Spybot S & D once a week.

Is all the stuff necessary? If not, what do you recommend I keep, add or stop doing.

I appreciate any feedback.

Keep only AVG at start-up , no need for the spygaurd. When you need to scan, then you can run spyguard.

Umm, you can get ad-aware se personal too ,and another browser. Maybe firefox or opera
