Default Annoying Freezing

I have checked the stickies and whatnot.

I keep getting a random error, then my computer freezes. It's only when the computer is left alone for 5+ minutes (approximately).

Here's a picture:

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Just as a follow-up of sorts: Windows was apparently corrupt on my second hard drive. So i installed Ubuntu Linux in place of Windows, completely wiping my second hard drive.

What if i am against Windows? I've had a whole lot of trouble with Windows in the past 8 months, trouble that i've never had before, especially since i've been a user of 98SE for as long as i can remember, and an XP user for a few years.
