Annoying Error

Ever since i installed mods for a game, random programs and games are closing suddenly and its saying its a problem with appcompat.txt in the temp folder. Ive tried to research it and i keep getting things about spyware. So i have done spyware, ad-ware and virus scans and I have deleted all mods i downloaded that day that seem to have created the problem and nothing has changed.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Empty the temp folder!

It is very complicated and i cant be bothererd explaining it all but i found a way around it thanks for the input
