Default Animated .gif problems

I use FireFox web browser for mostly everything I do. For some reason animated gifs are not animated anymore. They just sit there. It happens in IE6 also, any ideas??

I also just noticed they arent animated in explorer or my computer either if I do the slideshow view

i'm guessing you don't have animanted graphics disabled, some software firewalls can block animated graphics as well. for example, if you turn 'ad blocking' on high it will disable animated pictures through the web browser.
