The latency would be the biggest problem. I get bad FPS on games with a latency of 200 or more. So getting 1000 or more would definately be why you would get a low FPS count.

The only thing i can suggest there is to try and get a lower latency on games.

Nothing I can do about it F'cking satellite internet is just aweful. If there was ANYTHING I could switch to I would.

I understand. But that is the only solution i can offer. As that is where the problem lies. As you can see yourself in the difference in FPS from online gaming to Single player. If your latency was down to 200 or less. Your FPS would be where they are or close to it in single player games.
