Since when has anyone on any forum ever read the stickies? Those are pretty much the ones you skip over to get to the real threads.

Also, I don't even see that sticky on this subforum.

Check the "Windows Stickies Index" thread.

There is no specific sticky for that thread cause with all the stickies that there would be for this area you would not get to the "real" threads till page 2, if at all. So i have created the index so that there would not be 25 topics stickied at the top.

No. Those do not fall under the necropost rule cause they are still technically stickies. No stickies fall under that rule. This is just a house keeping thing to keep the area clean.

So if you wish to post in any of these topics go right ahead. You are not in violation of any rules. I will add that to the Index as well.
