Alt + F4 Stopped working

Hi,
Alt + F4 suddenly stopped working closing down applications. Both Alt and F4 works fine combined with other keys, so i cant be the keyboard there is something wrong with.
I use windows 2000.... please help

Is this all the time with all apps or does your system hang and prevent it from working?

A shot in the dark, hope this helps...

Some keyboards, like logitech duo elite, can reprogram the function keys for other 'enhanced' uses. It is usually one of the buttons extra widget buttons that toggles this function.

yeah, but if it worked with the same keyboard and just stopped working I don't think it's the hardware.
