AIM Video Problem

I can't figure out what the problem is, AIM video randomly disconnects, the program doesn't crash it just disconnects. It does this every 2 - 3 minutes. It worked fine for a long time, then it just started doing this.

What Operating System? Hve you tried to uninstall the AIM software and reinstall it?
