AIM and Google?

I can get on web pages but AIM won't sign on. I've tried the older version the newest version and even gaim, i can get on windows messenger and yahoo messenger but no aim. What else is weird is that sometimes google (google and things like gmail) doesn't respond when other websites do. Someone please help.

also svchost.exe is always high on the processes list and youtube doesnt work sometimes

can anyone figure this out? more and more websites just stop working, i really need help, ill try ne suggestions
