AI programs

ive been looking for a while but i cant seem to find any ai programs, do they even exist and if they do can some one help me find one that will work with windows 7

And as said above, can you be more specific or give an example of what an "AI Program" is?

AI as in artificial intelligance programs, and programs that have the capability to learn

I highly doubt you will find anything like that available to the public on any open forum. If they have proven to be anything close to successful they would have been pulled and used by any government in the world. You might find a couple little ones here and there. But nothing major.
