Ahh hacker problemz

ok ok, so, im having a problem i need a firewall that is like, the best!, because im running Norten Firewall 2004, NAV 2004, the built in windows xp firewall... and people can still get in!!!, yeah and like, i did the scan on nortens site and it is like, a unused service block is open and it was telling me that people can ping me, how do i configure norten 2 block this?, or what firewall should i get that will solve all my problems... ?, ohh yeah and it nortons security scan sais im running HTTP on port 80... yeah so im not running a webserver off my comp so yeah, how do i stop that service on winxp pro?.
