Sysprep gives you the ability to set the administrator password at build time. This is something that is nice if you use a domain wide password or have a password service that uses a known root password to build a key from. In any case, if you repoint the Administrator account to a different name, it won't work as it's hard set to the administrator account name. Not that actual name of the admin account.
