This computer is a household computer, so I am not sure if someone has messed with it or not... Anyway, I went into Control Panel and tried accessing my Administrator tools, but when I open the folder there is absolutely nothing in it, I have tried showing hiddens files and folders, but still nothing? Any ideas of what I can do? Thanks, Jeremiah...

is there another user on the computer besides you. they may have changed your account to limited that sounds like the symptoms of a limited account.

Yes there are other users but their settings are set to limited access and they don't know anything about computers besides email and IM's... And I am trying to access my Disk Management.

go to user accounts.. and see what it says under each one.. one of them has to be an admin.. the computer wouldnt allow there not to be one

All the files in Administrative tools are just shortcut to the real files in c:\windows\system32

You can start the following tools by going to run and typing:

For computer managment: compmgmt.msc
For local security policy: secpol.msc
For services: services.msc
System configuration: msconfig.exe
Event Viewer: eventvwr.msc
Device Manager: devmgmt.msc
Data source (ODBC): odbcad32.exe
