I have been having a weird display problem when I boot up xp. the boot screen where it shows windows loading is garbled and flickering. I found out that my monitor can tell me what refresh rate it is at. In windows I can adjust the refresh from 60 - 75 hz. all work fine, but during the boot screen my monitor show a horizontal refresh of 35.9 and vertical of 59.9??? On the 60Hz setting in windows I get horizontal of 63.9 and vertical of 59.9.....
How can I adjust these settings for the boot screen...?
not the setting in windows display properties... since that has no effect on the boot screen
weird issue, more of an annoyance than anything else.
