when opening Outlook Express, it comes up with an error saying that the address book has failed to load, please re-install
the problem is when i'm logged in on my profile (using XP home by the way!), outlook express works fine, loads no problem. the problem only happens when i log off and log onto different account that this happens.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that doesn't work, still get the same error
also tried renaming the address book file (*.wab) to .old so that outlook can create new one, but that doesn't work??
I have also created a new user account to see if that was the problem but still doesn't work
It's a brand new laptop and has done this from the start so the system restore option is out!
anyone seen this before and know off a solution?!
