Question adding defrag to right click???

i found this on xtreme systems and i dont understand how it works... can someone plz tel me how to do this in maybe an easier way ty:

Adds Defrag to the right click context menu in Windows XP

Save the following text as a ".inf" file, then just right click & install
That's it..just right click on a drive letter & defrag.

You need to download the VB Run time filese here first:

VB Run Time Files

Then download this vbs:

Add Defrag to Right Click
Save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double-click ContextDefrag.exe file. The program will tell you whether Defrag is installed as a context menu item, or not


Add Command Line to the Right Click

Add Copy To/Move To (Right Click)

Add Notepad as a Right Click Item

Add Windows Explorer to the Right Click
