Add/Remove Programs

Hey, I do not know if this is the write spot to post questions but hopefully someone replies. My problem is, when I open add or remove programs, the change / remove button isn't there. So I searched online and that went through a methord of searching REDIT or something and going down to something then removing another something .... but when I open add or remove it still is not there.
Please someone reply on a way to get my change / remove button back. =D

i think ccleaner has a built in add/remove programs application, that's faster than the windows version.

I use Revo Uninstall for my program removal. It scans the drives and registry for left over fragments. Just be sure to only checked the BOLDED items in the registry scans so as to not erase anything you're not supposed to.
