Does adware and spyware blaster work on 64 bit windows vista?

If no one responds that has the 64bit version those would have to tried out on a 64bit edition. So far Ad-Aware works well on the 32bit version of Home Premium along with some other programs. But with Vista being the new version out everything is still knid of trial and error. A 64bit version only has so much backward capability for 32bit programs plus being newer.
