I have a 2wk deadline for cleaning up AD... Overall, its not too bad, but I should probably start by making adjustments to who is doing what. Right now I know that at least 10 users (of 6,000 users) have admin access so controlling what takes place is a challenge. Any body got general suggestions for delegating control.
Go a little further into detail as to what you would like to do. I would start by setting up some organizational units. You will be surpised how quickly AD cleans up when you have some of those in place.
