What is the difference between 6.0 and SE versions? Is it a corporate difference or an actually upgraded "better" version?

I think it's supposed to be an upgraded version, but I haven't had a chance to look and see what they've done different.

Update priority, download priority, more detailed scan results/scans, better filter/functionality controls, etc. You pay, you get the (even better) goods.

Indeed. In the free version (I use it!) there are certain scanning options that you can't enable. These are available in the version that you pay for, whatever it's called.
