Default Actually editing themes.

(Yes, I know. I do way to much stuff to my computer)

So, I know this can be done with programs like StyleXp and such, but is there a way to actually edit the taskbar, start menu, all that, and save it? That way you don't have the issues of a program getting uninstalled and losing all your junk.

Yes but you need to hack the uxtheme.dll. Google for it. There is another file also associated with the themes. Other than that we can not help you here.

WindowBlinds. I think the editor is free, so you can make your own themes with it, and then share it online.

And what happens when you uninstall it? Do they go away?

The editor? No. WindowBlinds? Yes. But WB is way better than StyleXP ever thought about being.
