Active@ UNDELETE Problem

I bought Active@ UNDELETE last month because I had was having Windows issues and in haste ran a Compaq Restore on my system and needed to retrieve my files if possible. After a couple of searches of the hard drive I find several deleted FAT32 partitions as well as the deleted NTFS partition I think my files are on. I can access the FAT32 partitions with no problem but I cannot access the NTFS partition to scan it for files. It gives me an error, "The instruction at 0x76eb1884 referenced memory at 0x01d4001f. The memory could not be read."

What can I do? Thanks!
