It is easily a double edges sword just like getting software from eBay that is legit. Even if the person removes it from their PC that doesnt make it legit for them to sell and someone else to install on their PC. OEM software is exactly this way. It is tied to the system that it comes with or gets installed onto and can't be transferred to another system at all. It depends on the software in question and what the EULA or End User License Agreement for such software is. You know that thing that every says "Yes, I Agree" to but never reads cause it has some real heavy duty lawyer stuff in it, that tells you exactly what you can and cant do with the software.
So yes there is plenty of problems just downloading it and using it. Cause just as easy as your downloading it, your breaking the law. Cause some software isnt legally available for download by any public means. Microsoft Windows is one of them. Microsoft Office is available for download as a trial from their site, but you must purchase a serial from Microsoft. There is only 1 type of serial that will activate the trial. One from the Product Key Cards that you purchase in retail stores. You cant use a retail serial to activate it cause that is in violation of the EULA and TOS.
