Acer Aspire Boot problem..

Hey, i have a strange problem with this Acer Aspire T180-OA7Z Desktop pc, when my mouse and keyboard are plugged in (Both USB).. the computer is just froze on the Boot splash screen?.. But when there both unplugged, the computer gets past the Boot splash screen..

any ideas?

Might need a BIOS update.
