Access Denied- Folders

Ok, a little background information. On my old computer, we all had user names, and I had my own password. I had lots of music files saved onto my documents folder. Anyway, our computer crashed. The guy was able to salvage our old hard drive, as well as put a new one in (the old one is drive E:/) Now our entire family shares one user name, with no password. When trying to access my folder in order to restore my music files, the folder wouldn't open and said "Access denied" I don't know how to open it. Help.

its because theat folder is prtected my your other user name.
you need to hack the folders security settings. or you can try booting in your hidden administrator account by booting in safe mode (F8) during post. assuming that the folder allowed an acount named administrator access that is
