Default A3 page size in microsoft word 2003

I think this question applies to all applications in Microsoft Office. When I go to page setup (whether it is in Word, Excel or an Access report), I am presented with a list of paper sizes to chose from.
For example A4, A5 etc.

The paper size I require, A3, is not an option. Is there anyway I can define this so it is present in this list... I ultimately want to print a a calendar template on an A3 printer and want to define this page size

Thank You

The available paper sizes are determined by the Printer that is selected
under File|Print in Word. You will need to select a printer that has that
capability to be able to use a sheet that size. You can install a printer
(driver) without physically having the printer attached to the computer if
