About a week ago i got a warning about the file ~8376767648.tmp and that the explorer would be closed.

If i tryed to use my internet, my computer crashed.

Now, i don't get the warning anymore, but i can't use my internet at all, i always get the message: server not found.

The file is still on my computer and i can't remove it. It tryed a couple of time in save mode, but everytime i restart the computer the file is there again.

Can anyone help me, because i don't know what to do anymore.

Thanks

Powerboatgirl, sorry i didnt' see you message sooner. Since no one has answered your question, I wonder if you ever got your problem solved.

You need to state which OS you're using and what type of anti-virus program you're using for us to help you further.

Any files with a *.tmp extension can be safely removed from your computer. However, with the symptoms you've described, it sounds more like a virus infection or one of your system files has gotten corrupt. This is where stating your OS and details would be helpful.
