64bit on 32bit host?

Can you run a 64bit os on a virtual machine with a 32bit host?

If you have a 32-bit host OS, but you have a 64-bit CPU, then yes.
If you have a 32-bit host OS, and a 32-bit CPU, then no.

Thanks, I do have a 64bit cpu cuz I did used to have Ubuntu 64bit.

Then you should be able to, as long as the Virtual Machine program you're using supports it.
