Default 64 bit

ok so i have just finished my new build whcih kicks *** and al my parts are 64-bit compatible, eventually i will upgrade to vista but, i was considering windowsXP 64bit pro. but i really know nothing about it or whats diff could sum1 very briefly explain the difference?

Well, Vista and XP 64-bit run the same. They work the same. One is XP, and one is Vista. XP 64-bit currently only comes in PRO edition, so it's pricey.

Windows XP 64 bit is not a good option. Very buggy hard to find drivers. If your going to go with 64 bit wait and get Vista 64 It's much more stable.

xp 64 is 50 percent faster than xp. the buggy driver issue is slowly disappearing. it's faster than vista 32 bit

my try it on a dual boot to see, BTW wher i get 64bit drivers from?

I use XP Pro x64 with no problems
drivers are not an issue for me
Just make sure you get all the MS updates for it.
