Default 4 dialog boxes pop up on the computer screen when i restart

Ok, a friend of mine was having problems with his comp, it was slow and he bought it recently. I went into the system configuration utillity and deselected about 15 different applications that start up when the comp starts up(E.G. realplayer, macafee, etc.) after doing this we got a box stating that there was an internal error because curtains for windows was one of the deselcted programs. then we went back into the system configuration utillity and checked the enable all box and restarted. the internal error was gone, but when we logged on, we got 4 dialog boxes.

you will probably have to make them bigger to read the boxes

in the system configuration utillity there are 2 entries that are in japanese or chinese, how can we find out what these are and why those dialog boxes popup even though we reenabled them

And here are the registry entries
