Default 2003 Server to Win98se

I'm currently using Win98se, and have a friend who wants to send me some files, but he has 2003 server on his system. Can files be transfered from his system to mine?. I'm clueless on this, but have a hunch that it can't be done.

yes this can be done. You will have to transfer files to the 98se via the server 2003 machine. I have server 2003 on one of my puters and it works jsut fine. The 98 machine can't access the server 2003 computer but the server 2003 computer can access the 98se machine.
