My Computer> Properties>Advanced>Start up And Recovery settings> Choose what OS to boot and take off "Time to display list of Operating systems"

It says use BCDEDIT.exe to edit Vista boot setting. Should I do that?

Google for EasyBCD. You change change this setting with that and the timeout easily with a nice GUI. You can also change the name used.
