Default 1 CD - 2 users?

My mate wants to reinstall Windows XP on his laptop, but doesn't have the CD for it, only a CD key (I think). If I lent him my CD which I have for my PC, would he be able to install using my disc and his key?

Thanks

If he has internet connection, probs may occur because of a license duplication.

As long as he has his own key, and your disc is for the same version of windows, it will work fine. But it has to be the same version of windows, i.e. if you have xp home and his key is for pro it won't work.

That would only be, if they were using the same key.
