Wireless Adapter problem

Hi, I'm not having a weird issue with my current laptop's wireless adapter. Sometimes when i turn the machine on, i get a notification that there is no adapter installed, and this can't use wifi. However if i just shut down the computer and wait a couple of minutes before turning it on again, everything boots up fine. Not really sure what the issue is.

Edit: I forgot to mention that sometimes a reboot won't work, and I have to reinstall the wireless drivers before rebooting.
