Default Will their ever be a DDR2 3GB Stick

My laptop has RAM two slots, and each contains Hyundai DDR2 2GB RAM=4GB and I have a 64bit system, is there any possible way I can get more than 4GB or is it redundant that my laptop contains a 64 bit processor?

p.s Hyundai the car manufacturer makes RAM!?

what about 8gigs? that is assuming your laptop supports anymore.

ddr2 667
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model F2-5300CL5D-8GBSQ - Laptop Memory

ddr2 800
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Laptop Memory Model F2-6400CL6D-8GBSQ - Laptop Memory

or just buy one 4gig stick to replace one of your 2gig ones to total 6gigs.
