Default Wifi Probelms

hi im new here and i wanted to build a cantenna attenna for my new laptop its a toshiba satellite and i;ve read around and my laptop has an internal wifi card which is built into it and i don't know how to plug a pigtail into it for the attenna need help.....

I am almost positive you can not do that. It would require opening the laptop and basically modifying the internal components and the casing.

Why would you need an antenna?

Not all Cantennas are used to steal WiFi Maybe he's just sharing files with a neighbour? Never know.

But most internal WiFi cards have antenna connectors on them, which connects to an internal antenna running up the side of the LCD (on the few Ive taken apart anyways). Worth a shot to open it up and see what kind of connector it has, to see whether or not you can get a pigtail that will fit it.
