Two Questions.

Why does my computer only charge when I have the plug pulled a certain way? and Why does my computer not charge,but still run on AC Power when I have it a different way?

Faulty connection. Mine does the same thing at this point, but it is because the power adapter connector is broken and doesn't fully connect unless placed at a certain angle. Double check to ensure there is no visible damage to the connector. See if the power connector on the laptop is broke, or if it is the power cord.

I think it is the Power Adapter,because the last time I look at it the piece that goes into the back of the laptop was a little messed up and didn't look to well.

This problem is unbelievably common. I believe it is a direct result of having the laptop in weird positions such as on a bed, couch, against something, etc. After a while the stress put on the AC port seems to be too much and dislodges the entire assembly.
